Does it matter where the house is located? |

We buy houses in Pennsylvania, Delaware
and Maryland. If the house is located in any of these states, chances are, we can help. |

What if my house needs repair work or has been condemned? |

It doesn't matter what condition your
house is in. We will buy the house "as is" and take

of any and all necessary repairs. |

Do you charge a fee for your services? |

We do not charge a fee if we BUY your house. Any other fees or commissions would
depend on which option you choose, such as catching up with your payments and
then listing the house on the open real estate market. |

Time is important, so you shouldn't wait any longer. We can help you
get caught up on your past due payments and put a stop to foreclosure. Click on the "i" links in the left menu

Once we receive your details we will contact you as quickly as possible. You can
expect to hear from us within two business days. If you haven't heard by the
